Aim: To compare the amount of gas that is produced from different types of biomass.

Material:
  1.  There is scrops
  2.  wood
  3. land fillgas
  4.  garbage
  5.  alcohol fuels
Steps:

  1.   biomass is engrey for the plants and the animals
  2.  a fuel redues need for fossil fuels for the production
  3. Biomass is always available and can be produced as a renewable resource.
  4. wood and wood proceing wates
  5. Burned to heat buldings, to produce Process heat in industry and to generate electricity

  2.  oil /
  3.  garbage /
  4.  land fillgas/
  5.  There is scraps  /
  6. What are three benefits of biomass?
  1.
  2.
  3.
What are three disadvantages of biomass?
  1.   energey
  2.    electricity
  3.

Research the following types of Biomass.
You will need to:
Write a definition of the each fuel.
Answer each question
  • How is it made?
  • What is it used for?
  • Where is it made?
  • What is it made with?
  • What countries use it?
