Aim: To compare the amount of gas that is produced from different types of biomass.

CIP

Hi, readers in CIP term 3 we were talking carzy kids can mufti day. Last week we were colouring in our carzy kids can paper and we need to draw our gold coin donation so Hornby high people can see our colouring in out side thier door. This week we were doing our DLO so they can see it and make them excited.    

What was the planing?  We were planing about the crazy kids can mufti day. 

How did we come up with our theme? We were in groups and we sheard our theme with them.

Who are we raising money for? crazy kids can / What do you know about them? they every mufti day they all way 's come and get the money.

What makes a successful Mufti Day? It make us have fun and happy because mufti day is alway's fun.

What jobs did you have will you have? Our job was a poster talking about mufti day.

How is this spreading Kindness to our community? It spreading so we can help people and donating the gold coin.

Hello readers this term in Manaakitanga we were makeing a group of 4 and we were talking about Manaakitanga, and it is about kindness and hopeful, and we were makeing our chrather with clay.

MANAAKITANGA

Last 2 years ago there was a guy called Goku and Smarty, they wore best friend, they always sit together and learn together. When the bell rings Goku and Smarty went together outside school  play football. Then Smarty ask Goku I’m gonna go toilet and Goku said ok go fast. When Smarty went to the toilet he ran very fast for Goku because he doesn't want his best friend to wait for him too long. Goku keep waiting, and waiting, when  Smarty finish going to the toilet, he saw his other friends and they went somewhere in the school and they kept on wandering around and smarty already forgot his best friend that waiting for him.

Smarty felt angry and sad, then he went home, and cried and cried then he got very angry. When Goku was still at school, his new friend said “I’m gonna show you my other friend, he is kind, he is hopeful, and his very happy every time his with me. Then Goku said to his new friend,  I’m gonna go and find Smarty, when he 

walked to the toilet he was so confused, he shouted his name but he wasn't there. When school was finished Smarty was at the forest looking at Goku with the other guy, Then Goku went to Smarty’s house and knocked on the door but the door was already Opened, then he saw a paper down under him then he read it, in the paper it said, come to the forest, then he ran fast to the forest and look for Smarty Then he shout very loud.

Then he saw him walking towards him, and Goku said why did you leave me. And Smarty said because you meet another friend at make so sad and angry, then they started fighting for 2 mins when they finished fighting Goku said to not fight 

Then Goku said sorry I am very sorry, and Smarty said what your sorry. Then Smarty went back home, and sleep and cry then he remembers the paper he wrote to him. Then it was missing and along came Goku and said who’s there then he remembers the paper, and he thought he was looking for the paper, then Goku said Smarty! Are you looking for the paper, and Smarty said yes, then smarty said sorry.

What was the activity? Our activity was  solveing the problem about the worms and the seagull.

What was the strategy did your group try? we were doing adding with 11.

what did you find challenging? It was os hard and we keep trying to move on to the next one.

It's Cool to be Kind

In CIP we had to make a cartoon with kindness and helping people and the teacher said to finish it. I made a animation for my cartoon and I have done a kid was sad he got bullied, and a Woman was running and he saw the little boy walking and sad then the women ran back to him and help him. Then the kid didn't want help, and the kid tell him everything then the women called his son to come and hang out with the little boy, and when they meet the littlen boy got happy and his new friend.

Last Term and This Term, we have been doing our Art in Hururmau. This Term we wore doing clay with my Group. My group name was Joshua, Matangi and Josh. first we made our charther and our dragon. we wore tired make our boat, and It was so hard to paint the water and it was fun, I nealry made a mistake of the valcano and I was so scared and I Give it to Matangi. We all work hard at our work and I was so exsited to do art.

Last term our group were toghter and working toghter on our drawing on Our hurumanu book, We wore talking about quentin blake's Drawing, he Draws cool stuff, our group wore helping each other and trying to draw probly and it was very hard do do it, and I can't wait to do more of art it was my best wor ever.

Hi readers in CIP this term, we have started to work on Pink Shirt Day, I write pink shirt day because, you need to be kind to other people and they will be kind back to you. Pink Shirt was my favourite work to do 
and I cant wait to do Pink Shirt Day activities again.

After shirt day we started another task.  it was called Needs vs Wants.
Needs vs want was hard for me to do it, but I ask for help then I
understand it, so I was starting with Needs so I wrote down all the needs that I need like moeny and water and good life. Then I moved on to the Wants, Wants I put on I want wifi and a big tv, and I put on I want to go to school, It was so hard to do. Because I have not done that before so I ask for help, and then the teacher helped me.

Then we started doing the colouring in competions I draw lot's of details and it was fun to do it. We wrote the letters to the people somewhere at the shopping or to schools, I done mine to year 6 to year 8 so I draw mine. Mine was lots of details, and we need to write the name and the school and age, then I put on some hard picture. we need to make a colouring in picture to make them do it in holiday time or or do it with friends

we also done ASMR, it was hard for me because that was my first work to do, ASMR is like felling relax lisnting to music and no noise, ASMR stand for Autonomous sensory meridian response.
